Ele compartilha anotações que Heiter, o sacerdote já falecido, deixou para trás. Nessas anotações, Heiter sugere que a "terra onde as almas descansam" (Aureole), no extremo norte, pode ser um lugar real onde Frieren poderia se reencontrar com Himmel e expressar seus sentimentos.
